There is a standard delivery charge of £10.00 on all orders. All orders are non-refundable. The charge is the maximum you will pay no matter how much you order. All orders are sent by ‘special delivery’ which means that they must be ‘signed for’. This means it is guaranteed by 1.00pm next day. (Working days are Monday to Saturday – and do not include bank holidays). If your order is not received within the allocated time, please email us and we will investigate this immediately.
